Positive: From the moment we booked our accommodation to when we arrived at the location, communication was constant and easy. Clear instructions, no complicated directions whatsoever and a very patient host who answered every single question, already made us feel good about our stay before we even walked in the door. And then the apartment was sparkling clean throughout, exactly as seen in photos! Not one bit missing and there were even extras (toiletries and cleaning tools). Throughout our stay, we had a few questions as well, but the host kindly answered us and was always very polite through all of our interactions. It's one of the best places we've ever stayed far away from home. The environment was quiet and peaceful, very serene. We wished we could stay longer! Honestly, 10/10! We were a bit worried if the accommodation would live up to standard because of the affordable price, but there was no need to worry at all! It felt luxurious for the price we paid! If you're thinking about booking with them, do it. Not many places reach the standard they've set themselves up at. Thank you so much for making my family's stay enjoyable!
